• The name of the app.
• Your device and operating system version.
• What happened, and what you expected to happen.
• Screenshots, if you have them.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@number11software.com, or from your account settings where that option is available. It stays active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request one, email support@number11software.com.

If you bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in your store account settings and request any refund from the store.

To delete your account, email support@number11software.com from the address on your account. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
